Garth Brooks Press Conference: delivering newly-recorded single to country radio on Aug 27

During the press conference that Garth Brooks held at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Nashville, he confirmed the above and that the CDs will contain 30 of the most popular songs and four new recordings.
There will also be a DVD of 33 music videos and the package may be at a discount price of around $11-14.
Big Machine Records will be promoting Garth Brooks new music and Joe Mansfield will be the head of sales for the project.
The Ultimate Hits will be the start of the end of an exclusive deal that Brooks had with Wal-Mart which was the only place his music could be purchased other than the Sam’s Club stores.
Over the coming weeks he will be actively promoting the project through print, radio and TV. Many fans will not be happy to learn that Garth Brooks is not planning a concert tour at any time soon.
