Cameron Maybin is probably one of the most ecstatic people living in the world at this moment, moving higher in places sooner than anyone could ever predict.

That applies for the Detroit Tigers people too, with reports saying that earlier this month he would definitely not be called up to the major leagues when rosters expanded in September.

How wrong they were because now he’s made it to the major leagues according to the Asheville Citizen Times.

“He called last night and said, “I got the call!,” said Rudy Maybin, Cameron’s dad.
