Now that the springtime is past walleye are a bigger challenge to catch. In spring walleye are easier to catch than at any other time of year, as walleye take almost any bait or lure at that time of year.

Now it is summer so the walleye are now harder to catch than at any other time of year.

For anyone fishing for walleye, you might want to wait for the fall, when walleye have another peak in feeding activity.
