Lindsay Lohan Sued For Car Chase

It has been reported that Lindsay Lohan has been sued for allegedly chasing a car through Los Angeles last month by the woman who was a passenger in the other car.

Tracie Rice has said that the actions of Lindsay could have caused her injury or death and is seeking unspecified damages for being inflicted with emotional distress.

Lindsay was arrested on July 24 which was the second time she had been charged with drunken driving this year.

In a statement from Tracie read by her LA attorney it said: “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions”.
