Kia Vaughn Sues CBS Legend Don Imus

The “nappy-headed ho” controversy is not over as Kia Vaughn is suing Don Imus.

Kia Vaughn claims the insult damages her good name and Kia Vaughn is one of the Rutgers women’s basketball players who Don Imus called “nappy-headed ho”.

The lawyer representing Kia Vaughn said: “This is about Kia Vaughn’s good name. “She would do anything to return to her life as a student and respected basketball player — a more simple life before Imus opened his mouth on April 4.”

We all know that Don Imus was wrong to say what he did about Kia Vaughn but does this really require a lawsuit?

Has the reputation of Kia Vaughn actually been that damaged by this incident?

    Kia get a life…. stop sweating over the small stuff. Some trying to get rich off other peoples money. Everyone is so sue happy these days. In 20 years nobodys going to give a shit what he said or who you are.

    yes everyone is soooooo sue happy. EVEN DON IMUS himself thinks that nothing is wrong with law suits..he threatened suit against CBS. got 20 millions..pls if you are going to harp on kia trying to get dough…harp on the man that was on the cover of time magazine!
