Jose Offerman Arrested On Assault Charge After Breaking Bones and Causing Concussion

Jose Offerman has been arrested on assault charges

Last night, Jose Offerman of the Long Island Ducks charged the mound wielding a bat after he was hit by a pitch.

The pitcher Matt Beech hit Jose Offerman in the second inning and then a big brawl started.

This has resulted in Jose Offerman being arrest and Jose Offerman is being held on a $10,000 bond whilst he faces a second degree assault charge.

Bridgeport Bluefish starting pitcher Matt Beech hit Offerman in the second inning and a brawl ensued that resulted in Offerman’s arrest. He was being held on $10,000 bond on a second-degree assault charge.

Jose Offerman did manage to hit a home run in the first inning but then he was hit by a 0-1 fastball in his leg, in the calf area.

After the attack, Jose Offerman left the pitcher Beech with a broken finger, the middle finger on his right hand. This is not his throwing hand. Catcher John Nathans suffered from symptoms related to a concussion.
