Bumble Bee Foods Sees Ratings Lowered By Investors Service

Moody’s Investment Service has said that it is lowering its rating of Bumble Bee Food LLC and Clover Leaf Seafoods LP.

Both Bumble Bee and Clover Leaf are core operating subsidiaries of Connors Brothers Income Fund.

However, Bumble Bee and Clover leaf have now been downgraded to B1 from Ba3.

In addition to this, Bumble Bee also saw its speculative grade liquidity rating fall from SGL-2 to SGL-4.

Apparently this was done to reflect the weakened liquidity position of Bumble Bee and Clover Leaf.
