Baby Bib with lead still for sale in Toys R Us: No Recall for bibs issued
By: Peter Chubb | August 15, 2007 | 1 Comment
These baby bibs are made from vinyl and are made in China, there seems to be a lot of recall for Chinese made products of late, like Mattel Toys, and Toothpaste. However there are now deep concerns from consumers as these baby bibs have not been recalled.
Both the Center for Environmental Health, and The New York Times, conducted these tests which showed that these baby bibs had as much as three times the level of lead allowed in the paint used on the bibs
The bibs with the high levels of lead are, Disney’s Winnie the Pooh, and store brand Koala Baby bibs.
