So what is Assumption Day? Well Assumption Day is held on the 15th August every year, where Christians start celebrating The Virgin Mary’s assumption into heaven. It has only been 650 years when Western churches started to celebrate the day that Mary mother of Jesus was taken up to heaven body and soul, which is when her life ended on earth.
Many people celebrate The Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in different ways, how do you celebrate yours?
