True Blood debuts on the HBO network: Anna Pquin stars & Alan Ball is returning

True Blood which is based on the Southern Vampire novels by Charlaine Harris is going to debut on HBO network, Anna Pquin will be starring as a Louisiana waitress who can brilliantly read minds in a world where werewolves and vampires are living out in the open.

A premier date for True Blood has not yet been set , but what we do know is that production on the series is due sometime in the next couple of months, oh and Alan Ball is apparently returning to HBO’s primetime line up because the pay cable network has picked up this drama pilot True Blood to series. The show’s first season is rumoured for the beginning of the fall.
