Confidential Access Can Destroy Credit Rating and Shut Down Bank Accounts

Confidential Access claims it can offer customers a “revenge package” where you can completely destroy the financial situation of anyone.
For £10 ($20) with Confidential Access you can shut down their bank account, destroy their credit rating and have them suspected if fraud.
Confidential Access can also send spoof emails and text messages that claim to be from someone else, that contain fake accusations.
The way that websites like Confidential Access can do this is by applying for credit again and again using the victims name, but from different address. This way, the person will get a red flag in the Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance System.
This is a sick way of getting revenge on your enemies, and its certainly illegal and immoral.
