Neosho Mo: today a gunman kills three people in a southwest Missouri church

NEOSHO, Mo sees a place of sanctuary turned into a blood bath, a southwest Missouri church today saw a gunman open fire and kill three people.

The gunman surrendered eventually after holding 25 to 50 people hostage for a brief amount of time.

Police Chief Dave McCracken said that “there was also about four or five people wounded”, not only is this a terrible tragedy but for it to happen in a place that is meant to be somewhere for faith and worship is just sick.

Police are not currently releasing any information about the shooter, who is being held at the Newton County Jail.
