Bill Plante of CBS
Although I do not know a lot about Bill Plante of CBS, one thing I do know is that he looked like a bit of a fool when today he shouted at President Bush.

While Karl Rove embraced President Bush today after an emotional farewell on the South Lawn, Bill Plante decided to destroy the moment by shouting at Bush “If he’s so smart, how come you lost Congress?”

Now Bush might not be the most loved President, but I would love to hear your opinions of Bill Plante today…feel free to speak up.

  1. Grant says:

Bill Plante demonstrated one of the reasons why the Republicans lost congress: Dems have better cheerleaders. Actually, the sports comparison is very apt since rabid fans shout all sorts of inappropriate things at the opposing team.

  2. Noah Vail says:

It’s an old story. Another CBS News reporter lets slip a bit of his unhappiness that a Democrat isn’t in the White House. Most US Congressional and White House reporting takes sides on issues, overwhelmingly Pro-Democrat or Pro-Left.

The greatest threat to the US right now may not be Rep.s, Dem.s, Islamists, or nit witted voters, but the mainstream media.

Classic. More people have posted on this thread, than watch the CBS Evening news. Maybe we should get Dan Rather in to defend Rove. Oh…wait … Dan found out Gore won the election. And by the way Fox News is biased!!!!!!!! Hilarious!!!

  4. Jon Carr says:

Plante’s insolent outburst disqualifies him as a serious journalist and reveals him as a hopelessly leftist political hack. He joins David Gregory in the lowest of the low class press corps.
