Silicon Knights file lawsuit but Epic Games files a countersuit

Silicon knights have recently filed a lawsuit against giants Epic Games but it has been announced that Epic Games have filed a countersuit against Silicon knights saying that they have in fact misappropriated Epic’s technology and won’t pay. Mark Rein from Epic games claims that Epic has done nothing wrong and Silicon Knights is Stealing.

Epic are now seeking injunctive relief, destruction of infringing goods, compensatory and punitive damages, including infringing computer code plus attorney’s fees and costs.
