The publisher of certain nude model photography is suing Microsoft (big time) for their placement of the links and images of the company’s content in wrong search results taken from other unrelated Web sites.
“Our business is being destroyed,” Zada said. “This is a life and death battle for us.”
Perfect 10 sued a fair few companies, ranging between 20 to 25 Web sites that were ‘stealing’ its content if you like, but “it’s absolutely hopeless. A lot of these people are in Russia or China,” a representative of Perfect 10, named Zada, said.
Instead, Zada said he holds the search engines fully responsible for making it so easy to find this content, harming his company, which defeats the purpose of his magazine.
