Reckless driving charges have hit the New York Knicks center Randolph Morris.
Randolph Morris was arrested on Tuesday and has now been charged with reckless driving but he has been released from jail on a $100 bond.
However, Randolph Morris did not appear in court for his hearing and so his attorney Chad Butcher entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
If the arrest report is to be believed, Randolph Morris smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes when he was arrested.
When Randolph Morris was breathalysed his results was 0.069, so it was below the legal limit in Kentucky of 0.08.
