Hearst Buys Kaboodle For Over $30 million

Hearst Interactive Media are now buying Kaboodle, a social shopping service that has been around since 2005 for over $30 million.
Kaboodle has been growing rapidly, after securing a distribution deal with eBay last year. Kaboodle now has roughly 2 million unique monthly visitors
Although the actual price has not been disclose, rumours have it that its between $40-$30 million.
