Victoria Beckham Vs Britney Spears

The question that is still going around is who snubbed who last Tuesday at the Chateau Marmont,Victoria Beckham and Britney Spears.
There have been rumours that they were at the Chateau Marmont last Tuesday and Victoria immediately changed her seat because she didn’t want to sit next to the mess that is Britney Spears.
Now there are new rumours that it was in fact Britney who snubbed Victoria after Victoria nicely introduced herself.
A source has said that “They bumped into each other in the Chateau Marmont and Victoria said, ‘Hi Britney. I’m Victoria from the Spice Girls’.
“But Britney had no idea who she was. She just looked at her with a vacant and bemused expression and turned and walked away.”

I probably wouldn’t have recognised Posh Spice, either. While I’m sure she’s a fine lady and all, the Spice Girls were over pretty quickly, and I could care less what any of them are doing now. Britney, on the other hand, is a genuine mega talent. It isn’t surprising that her busy career kept her in the dark about other performers. In the ’70’s, Brian May and John Deacon walked into a local New York jazz club and informed one of the guitarists they were from Queen. He had no clue who they were. Brit may be having a rough spot in her life now, but having been familiar with show business myself, I have no doubt that she can do just about anything she wants. I think once she gets things in order the world will see the comeback of all time. Don’t let them get you down, Brit, we still believe in you.
Considering the printed quote from Victoria about not seeing her fall out of night clubs with no knickers on, perhaps Britney was not interested in talking to the one that would surely repeat every word to a tabloid with her own spin.
Or….Why would Britney care who Victoria is? Spice Girls was not that big and over long ago.
