Mercedes wishes to collaborate with another automaker, so they are able to cut production costs of their new A- and B-class vehicles. But to hear that they might be working with BMW is shocking, but with these two car makers working together the one winner will be us the consumer, as both make superb automobiles.
BMW has had great success over the past decade with the re-launched Mini, and Mercedes has also had success with their A-Class. So maybe Mercedes could make a Mini Merc, as they could have access to BMW’s Mini design, while BMW could make a Smart BMW, making an even smaller BMW.
