New Movie Poster for The Kite Runner

The new movie poster for Paramount’s big screen adaptation of The Kite Runner has been posted on the internet.

The film is based on the best selling novel by Khaled Hosseini. It is directed by Mark Foster who helmed Finding Neverland and Monster’s Ball. The story follows a man who returns to his native Afghanistan, which is under Taliban rule, to right a long-standing wrong and rescue the son of a childhood friend.

The adaptation is penned 25th hour screenwriter David Benioff, with Sam Mendes previously attached to direct but has been replaced by Foster who has recently signed on to direct the next James Bond film (Bond 22).

The movie will hit cinemas on November 2nd and it’s highly likely this one’s going to get and Oscar.
