A woman who suffered from breast cancer has been denied insurance payout as she tried to rebuild her life after the terrible breast cancer due to an omission in her policy. Jilly had £70,000 of cover of which she claimed for and was totally confident that it would pay out but this was not to be. Jilly said that if she did not have her breast removed her cancer would have spread and then it would have qualified for her claim, but this means she would have risked her life.
