Purchased a XPS M1710 two years ago with lots of extras top specification never worked property from day one it was loaded with so many problems that I spent two years on the telephone to ‘Dell’ in India, Brava, Luna, Delta translating and being blocked by I do not understand??????? What, What.

I eventully got so fed up with the terrible customer service and the non stop emails and no support that last month I ‘COUNTY COURTED’ them myself easy to do might I add, I am now claiming £1600 for my XPS and £500 compensation for my losses and £80 for the issue of the summons.

GUESS WHAT after two long years and ignored emails they have offered me a new XPS but still some problems they want to choose the specification???? Its hard to get past India.

So its not over yet but it proves one thing ‘YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION TO GET SOMEWHERE WITH A COMPANY LIKE DELL’

In fact I would not recommend them and if it gets to Court I only hope the Judge is able to translate.
