Ron Paul is President of the Internet, Not the USA

Ron Paul is a Republican congressman and a candidate for US President, if you didn’t know already.

Ron Paul enjoys a good amount of support online and a number of people voice their support for Ron Paul in comments here at Product Reviews, but that’s is not going to get Ron Paul elected.

Ron Paul needs votes, support outside of the internet and at the moment, he doesn’t have enough to run for President. Ron Paul has less than 2% of the vote among Republican candidates, and he was unceremoniously excluded from an Iowa debate in June organized by a tax watchdog group that happens to share his political views.

Ron Paul has over 160,000 mentions on Digg.com, which is more that the next four most popular candidates put together.

According to Alexa.com, Ron Paul’s website has a narrow lead over the Democratic candidates and is way ahead of his fellow Republicans.

On Technorati, “Ron Paul” is the most searched term, beating “iPhone” and “Paris Hilton”.

Ron Paul has got the support of many in the US Military over his long held view that the USA should not be in Iraq, due to the mess the Iraq war has created. Ron Paul also has the support of some influential figures such as Bob Novak, but at the moment it is not enough to get him elected!

Although Ron Paul may have the internet covered, we are along way from seeing Ron Paul in the Oval Office.

Ron Paul is certainly the President of the Internet, but can he become the President of the USA?

    He’s at 3% on Rasmussen.

The field will thin out after the Ames Straw Poll this weekend.

Ron Pauls message of Peace and Prosperity is getting out versus the NeoCon message of Fear and Terror.

Win or Lose, Ron Paul’s wake will be felt for years to come.

Ron Paul is the only true statesman that represents the people and not special interests. When people hear his message, they become supporters. Don’t let the mainstream media tell you that he can’t win. The candidates they push on us will not upset the applecart which is taking the USA into unnecessary wars and never ending taxes that fund a government beholden to corporations rather than it’s citizens. Ron Paul has been referred as the exception to the gang of 535 on The Hill that often make decisions based on the efforts of lobbyists that visit them. We need someone that has a consistent record of integrity, isn’t influenced by special interests, represents the people and practices what he preaches. The only one that fits that bill is Ron Paul.

Save the Republic! Ron Paul 2008!

The Internet rumor mill that currently pushes for supporting Ron Paul is the same one that said “Snakes on a Plane” was gonna be a massive hit.

Look closer… yes it IS apples and apples.

  8. Alexia on August 6th, 2007 8:32 pm

Snakes on a Plane was all hype. Ron Paul has a long proud voting record to prove he isn’t just hype.

I am voting for Ron Paul because he is 1000x better than all of the clowns we have as politicians today. They disgust me with their agendas and fear mongering.

We are supposed to preach love not hate, peace not war. How are we to survive in 100-500 years if we are fighting constantly among each other. What is next in 100 years? Fight China for who owns the sand of the moon? No!. Based on the landmass on earth we split the pie equally.

Human should not be in competition with each other.

    NEOCONS are wrong.

For Dr. Paul to do well, it is important that those who support him register as a Republican (www.gop.org/) That way, the person will be able to vote in the primary election.

This is very important. There is time, but please don’t forget.

Ron Paul has a good chance of winning.

Do not listen to the so called ‘Scientific Polls’. Ron Paul is not included in the cleverly woven questions pollsters are asking. This has been well documented.

Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were doing about the same in the ‘Scientific Polls’ at this stage in their elections. ‘Scientific Polls’ at this stage only measure name recognition. Over the next six months Ron Paul will gain name recognition. Most people who learn about Ron Paul become major supporters.

A big problem with our electoral process is that the old media generally supports the candidates with the most money. Those are the worst candidates because they are owned by special interest and lobbyists.

Dr. Ron Paul is the only major candidate not owned by military-industrial-complex, corporations, special interest, lobbyists, etc. Fix the system and vote Ron Paul. And tell everyone you know. Now is the time to set ourselves free.

We Ron Paul supporters will need to work extra hard to spread his message the old fashioned way, by word of mouth, person to person. This is how people did it before the MSM. This is how we will have to do it now, with a little help from the internet too.

“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.” John Quincy Adams

Join the Revolution — Vote Ron Paul!

This is just plain dis-information. He’s won the debates. Its articles like these that attempt to hide that truth.

I think this is a good one to send to people - sort of pisses you off and makes you want to push that much harder for Ron Paul:

Ron Paul won the debate according to ABC’s own poll.

    Proof of ABC bias:

Ron Paul has over 30,000 registered volunteers. More than all other candidates combined (maybe more than any candidate in history). And more registering now at Meetup.com.

Ron Paul got 4th! Isn’t that amazing! This person everyone thinks only has 2% of the vote in the whole country, came out above the so called front runners. The media needs to stop lying to it’s self. It’s funny how scared they all are of Ron Paul. He has a huge chance, this should send a huge message to Ron Paul, that his support is out there. So even though all the media wants to do is tell Ron Paul too just quit. Lets all be strong and learn and educate ourselves with who the real Ron Paul is!!!

Democrats, Libertarians, Independents, and anyone not registered, go become part of the republican party, so we can all support him in the primary!!!!
