It has been reported that Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe may be heading toward reconciliation.

The other day they were spotted shopping, jogging and lunching together in Los Angeles.

Friends of the couple say they are still close and trying to work out their differences.

Reese and Ryan split last October after rumours Ryan had and affair with Australian actress Abbie Cornish.
