Microsoft now has Xbox 360 service website for faulty consoles
Microsoft has had a bad top of late, what with the Red ring of Death and how the Nintendo is the games consoles of choice the company have been working hard to gain respect again from gamers. It might come as some good news that Microsoft has now launched a website so that faulty Xbox 360 consoles in the US can be tracked.

This new website http://service.xbox.com/servicesignin.aspx is a much better system for detailing and tracking the process for your faulty Xbox 360 for when it has gone in for repair. What you have to do is register your games console, then attach a Windows Live ID and schedule a repair, and then you can track the progress of the repair of your consoles.
