Eddie Murphy Speaks Out

Here is another update about all the Eddie and Mel drama that has been unfolding over the last few weeks.
The other day Eddie’s first wife Nicole and Mel B dined together at paparazzi haven The Ivy.
But now at last Eddie Murphy has finally broken his silence and has told his side of the story.
In a statement released by his rep, Eddie has said that he “acknowledges paternity of the child Angel, and has paid child support to Ms. Brown as well as covering the expenses of her pregnancy.”
The statement continues: “Mr. Murphy and Ms. Brown dated very briefly and never made any plans of ANY sort;” although Brown told Essence.com that “this was a completely planned pregnancy.”
