Rockstar now appeals against BBFC Ban of Manhunt 2: Will ESRB appeal be next?
Game developer Rockstar have finally decided to mount an appeal against BBFC Ban for their controversial game Manhunt 2. The BBFC banned the title in the UK; this then led to an AO rating in the US. Rockstar Games were given just six weeks to appeal that decision, which is now almost up.

The appeal that Rockstar files was with the Video Appeals Committee who can, if they want, overturn the BBFC decision. The next step in this process is for both the BBFC and Rockstar to have the opportunity to give their arguments and demonstrate the game.

The question is will an appeal be filed with the ESRB in North America?
