News that is potentially very alarming is that Queensland University of Technology researchers down under in Australia have recently discovered that nearly one third of office printers spew “potentially dangerous,” particles that in turn harm our health.
More specifically, the”ULTRA-TINY PARTICLES are of toner-like material, so small that they can infiltrate the lungs and cause a range of health problems from respiratory irritation to more chronic illnesses.”
Personally, I’m willing to take that 33.33% risk that my printer is killing me. It can fax, too.
