Jael Strauss Suing Two Men: America’s Next Top Model Finalist

Jael Strauss was a contender on popular reality series America’s Next Top Model. Although she was not the winner, she remains one of the most memorable model contestants

The America’s Next Top Model finalist has filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit against two men and that is including her former talent agent, who has allegedly published racy photographs of her without her permission.

She filed the lawsuit on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court,

Jael finished fifth earlier this year on Top Model’s eighth cycle after Tyra & Co. decided that her looks couldn’t compensate for her brash personality.

Also named in the suit are the Millennium Agency, where Donahue works, and Rizzoli/Universe.
Jael is seeking unspecified restitution, as well as punitive and compensatory damages.

The court documents state that the book’s publication and the unsolicited Internet presence have “damaged Jael in the beginning of her entertainment career and caused severe damage to her public image.
