Color Changing Furniture: is Japanese technology ahead of the rest of the world

Color Changing Furniture
I love the idea of this furniture that changes color to match your mood, but as we all know we get furniture to match the décor of the room so what we would also need is a way to change the color of the walls as well.

For now just the flashy furniture would have to-do.

The color-changing furniture is either a mad idea or one which shows that Japanese technology is a few years ahead of the rest of the world (guess that’s up for opinion).

The product is called the Fuwapica (means soft and flashy in Japanese) table & chairs and they are set to be unveiled in San Diego at the SIGGRAPH 2007.
So who would have these in their home?
