Bob Tur Vs YouTube: protecting the rights of copyright holders

Bob Tur is taking on giants You Tube and the rights of the viewer, he goes on to say that he wants to protect the rights of copyright holders. He has also claimed that the freedom to post just about anything you want others to see on the Viseo sharing site YouTube including TV content infringes on the rights of any person and or company that holds the copy right on the video and media material.
Bob Tur’s company called the faux is Los Angeles News Service which in where by doing simple searches via Google and Ask.com does not reveal any legitimate home page other then Wikipedia or any other sites copying info posted on Wikipedia in which is a user content added web based site. All the company offers is Faux Heroic Paparazzi’s view from the sky.
Bob Tur has said he wants YouTube shuttered until Google can give their guarantee that his videos and other copyrighted content will not reappear after being taken down, Tur also wants a court to say the law does not shield YouTube like services and of which protected from what ever site becomes the next in big thing.
Will Bob Tur kill YouTube? Get this debate going because this one is interesting.
