Baseman Luis Castillo Goes To New York Mets from Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins agreed a deal today where baseman Luis Castillo is going to the New York Mets.

Luis Castillo is going to the Mets in return for catcher Drew Butera and outfielder Dustin Martin.

Luis Castillo has a $5.75 million contract with the Twins, but this expires at the end of the season, making him a two month rental for the New York Mets.

The Mets recently lost second baseman Jose Valentin due to a fractured right tibia.

What do you think of Luis Castillo going to the New York Mets?

I think you should put a picture of the Baseball Luis Casitllo up instead of the Football Luis Castillo. The guy pictured has a San Diego Charger Cap on.
