After the successful launch in Singapore, the Fujitsu’s LifeBook N6460 has found its way to the United States. Do not buy this laptop simply for its gorgeous 17″ screen. Buy it for the amazing specs it boasts instead. With a built-in Blu-ray / HD DVD drive and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 graphics people will struggle to reach the limits of this laptop.

It features Intel Core 2 Duo T5250/T7100/T7300 processor, Intel 965PM chipset, up to 4GB RAM, 1440 x 900 resolution, a/b/g/n wireless, fingerprint sensor, TV Tuner, full size keyboard, and the amazingly disappointing Windows Vista. Oh, by the way, it also sports an immensely huge 500GB (max) hard drive. Awesome.

One thing that may disturb those of you drooling over the pic, is that it starts from $1,799. Not bad considering it has godly specifications.

it has two slow 250gig hard drives, not a 500gb drive, it is a very heavy laptop at almost 10 lbs, and does not offer a 1920×1200 screen; if you opt to buy it with one hard drive only, to save money on Fujitsu’s over priced hard drives, Fujitsu does not ship you the laptop with the needed bracket for the second hard drive you would buy on your own Fujitsu’s website also does not have any information on how to order the bracket, nor on how to install the second hard drive
