Nicole Richie is due in court today for her DUI case. It has been said that Nicole will either plead guilty or no contest to DUI.

Nicole’s sentencing will take place on the spot and we will find out if Nicole will be heading to Jail or not.

So looks like by the end of today we will find out if she is in jail or has been let of lightly.
