Carphone Warehouse Doing Well: Third Largest Broadband Provider

The Carphone Warehouse really do have a reason to be happy with the increase in mobile phone sales and an impressive third place in terms of providing broadband, behind broadband kings BT and broadband newcomers Virgin media.
Chief Executive Charles Dunstone said: ‘Customer demand for both broadband and wireless solutions for the home is still increasing,’ ‘With the further enhancements to our broadband services that we are planning over the coming months we are excited about the future.’
The broadband success could be partly due to their new tactic, which orange and AOL are doing too, which is by offering free laptops to their customers for a contract to broadband.
