Despite the recent negative headlines and publicity concerning the Intel vs AMD case, the executives behind AMD defend themselves by saying that the future is not so bleak with two new core designs and the ‘Barcelona Chip’ we are eagerly awaiting coming very soon.
Personally, I don’t see AMD as a bad competitor at all against Intel. In fact, I feel as though Intel should and perhaps will bow down and apoligise before AMD really get their gears going, as they have the potential to overpower Intel, and even Hynix, whoever they are.
Who do you think will win the chip war? Have Intel already won?
