The leader of the Tour De France, the man who has held the yellow jersey for some time, has been kicked out of the Tour De France by his own team.
Michael Rasmussen won yesterday’s stage but was thrown out of the race by his team, Radobank.
Jacob Bergsma of Radobank said: “Michael Rasmussen has been sent home for violating [the team's] internal rules,”
Michael Rasmussen missed random drug tests on May 8th and June 28th claiming he was in Mexico. However a former rider, Davide Cassani said that he had seen Rasmussen in Italy in mid-June.
Who do you think will win the Tour De France now?
