The Advertisment-filled internet service will be free to all those in range of the huge 37 city wifi network. Apparently, a group of firm such as IBM and Cisco are aiming to spend $85 to $150 million dollars for the service to get up and running. The reason as to why this is such big news is mainly due to the fact that the largest wifi network the US has ever seen has been roughly the size of a city, at most.

As mentioned, the wifi service will cover 37 cities, providing basic internet, high speed internet for businesses and extremely secure internet for emergency services.

It’s a great start to making our whole world a wifi network, but what about these ‘apparent’ potential health risks people claim with wifi; won’t the risks be even greater on such a large scale? And how long will it actually be until we see the whole of America the whole world even, using the same wifi network?
