The Personal Audio Link is an adapter which was developed just for iPod, and has to be factory installed along with GM’s audio systems. The Personal Audio Link iPod Adapter will cost $159, but you will have to pay extra for dealer installation. Once this system has been fitted it will be out of site. The software used for the system manages to integrate itself through GM’s digital XM Satellite Radio band.
Once the Personal Audio Link iPod Adapter is installed, all you need to do is connect your iPod into the interface cable which is stored in the glove box, once connected the Adapter will also charge the iPod as well.
