CBS Throws Pirate Master Out

CBS Throws Pirate Master
It has been reported that CBS has scuttled Pirate Master because it is a low-rated reality series from Survivor producer Mark Burnett.

The show is based on 16 contestants that have to search for buried treasure.

It has been said that the show has struggled since its premiere earlier this year.

So I am afraid that all you Pirate Master Fans will not be able to see the Thursday night timeslot again.

So what will happen to the other five remaining episodes I hear you ask well the series will be streamed on CBS.com and in Australia, the show airs on the Nine Network.

What do you think of the show so far?

The show has no substance like Survivor but I think Burnett is missing his target audience. Kids that is, 13 to 15 year olds seem to love it. And for them ” Substance ” need be no more then the cool ( fake ) dredlocks of Azmyth or Louie the teddy bear.

Thanks for breaking my 9 yr.old son’s heart. He & I watched the show every week. The first show in a very long time that appealed to kids and you yank it. Good job, morons. Maybe you should repalce it with something such as, “watch Lindsay get drunk”, or “let go to prison with Paris Hilton”. Yeah, thats responsable.
Network TV is dead. I’m done watching it. GO CABLE!!!
