Top 50 NBA Basketball Players of All Time
Filed under: News, Sports News
A recent list of the top 50 NBA basketball players was brought to our attention, which we do not fully agree with, but that’s life.
We invite you to share your thoughts on these 50 Greatest NBA players of All Time and submit your own list of the greatest NBA players.
At number one is obviously Michael Jordan. I don’t think anyone can dispute his position as the greatest basketball player to ever walk the earth. Jordan won six NBA Championships, six Finals MVPs, five NBA MVPs, and three All Star game MVPs, enough said. If that is not enough to convince you then watch the video of Jordan at the bottom of the page.

Number two of this list was Shaq. This I would have to dispute. I could not rate Shaquille O’Neal above Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and many other great names. However, he is the biggest man to play the game and no team has ever really been able to defend against him.
Wilt Chamberlain takes the number three spot of this list, which is probably fair as he dominated the NBA for along period of time. Although he did not have to play against today’s team that are a lot better, you can only beat the teams in front of you and that’s what he did.
The rest of the top ten are as follows:
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Bill Russell
Magic Johnson

Larry Bird

Tim Duncan

Oscar Robertson

Karl Malone

The full list is here but the top ten is the most important. I am not sure I could have an NBA Top Ten without Kobe Bryant, but everyone is entitled to his or her opinion.
Feel free to submit your list below or comment on the list above. If enough people submit their Top NBA Player list, we will merge them into one list: The Product Reviews Greatest NBA Players.
You decide which players get in the list, so post your list below.
