The NES Controller Optical Mouse: Cool, Not Practical

Possibly one of the most hacked and modded and played around icons of all time, the NES controller. After having taken apart a Logitech optical mouse and a NES Controller he found at his local Salvation Army, a NES mouse was born.
As with most things NES, the idea does seem pretty cool at first, but I’m guessing that once the finger pains start kicking in after using a rectangular mouse for 6hours straight, the idea does become pretty lame. Besides, how would you scroll?
