It is almost certain that Lindsay Lohan is going to jail when she appears in court this time round unless she has got herself a super attorney that can work miracles.
Police Lt. Alex Padilla has spoken to the media about the DUI arrest of actress Lindsay Lohan.
According to new reports, Lindsay’s personal assistance had just resigned earlier in the day but it is still not known why Lindsay was chasing her assistant’s mother, but the woman was basically speeding to Santa Monica Police station and she called the police from her car.
When the Lindsay and the woman finally got to Santa Monica and got out of their cars they got into a really heated argument.
That is when Lindsay was given a field sobriety test which she failed.
These are the charges that Lindsay is to face:
First of all Lindsay was driving with a suspended license,
Lindsay had a blood alcohol level of .12 and she took cocaine into a correctional facility which is a big No
So look like that Lindsay future lies in the hands of the judge to decide her fate but to me it does seem that she is facing jail.
Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer,Blair Berk has released the following statement:
“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
Lindsay’s court date has also been set for the 24th August
Do you think that if she goes to jail she will learn her lesson or will she still go back to her own ways when she gets out?
