Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again and Mug Shot

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested again in Santa Monica, California in the early hours of Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
The police stopped Lindsay at around 2:15 am according to TMZ.com.

Lindsay was popped for possession of cocaine which was found in her pants pocket, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. It has been reported from sources that her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limits.

This will be the second DUI arrest that Lindsay has had in less than 3 months.
Lindsay’s first DUI was in May, and she was due back to court on the 24th August to face charges of misdemeanor hit and run and having a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent.

Her bail was set at $25k and after being cooperative with law enforcement, Lindsay was released from jail.

According to law enforcement officials, Lindsay was initially pulled over after cops got a call about a vehicle being chased by another vehicle.

But it has been reported that Lindsay was the one doing the chasing.
Lindsay was driving a white Denali with two female passengers on board and she was chasing a black Cadillac Escalade which apparently had the mother of one of her personal assistants in but the police have not released any other details.
