harry potter missing pages and printing errors
It has been reported that Harry Potter fans went into frenzy when they realised there were hundreds of pages missing from their copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book.

It has been said that at least 200 people across the country who bought Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows over the weekend received copies that have printing errors that include missing pages.

Here is one person called Ron Schecker of Fort Myers he was reading “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” and got the distinct feeling that something was not right here is what he had to say:

The publisher had cast a spell on the book, it seemed. There were pages missing. A bunch of them.

“I just kept reading along and it seemed out of sequence,” said Schecker, 37. “It just felt wrong. But I wondered if maybe I was dreaming. It was 3 a.m. anyway.

“At the bottom of one page, Harry could hardly breathe and he was in trouble. At the top of the next it was about Teddy Remus Lupin and what a great wizard he is.”

Glancing at the page numbers, Ron discovered his copy of the seventh Potter book went from page 450 to page 515. The pages were in sequence to page 546 and then they skip back to 483.

It turns out he’s missing parts of chapter 23, all of chapter 24 and parts of chapter 25.

  1. Ron Schecker says:

yes..this IS the person called Ron Schecker (hmm..never been introduced that way before..but I digress..) I have to admit I am rather awed now by how many people are coming up and saying they have a mis-printed book. I can only imagine there are not too many of these little gems out there floating around. :)
