Padraig Harrington has won the British Open gold tournament.
Padraig Harrington is the first Irishman in 60 years to win this golf major.
Winning the British Open puts Padraig Harrington into rank number 6 in the world so he is now part of the professional golfing elite.
Padraig Harrington snatched the lead from Spanish golfer Sergio Garcia who has lead the British Open for the majority of the tournament.
