Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Book
Love this story about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows that is not on the NYT (The New York Times) bestseller list and in fact will not make the Top Ten, get this for a kick in the teeth, the book will probably set a one day or should we say single day and one week sales record in where thousands of people will line up at midnight and the downside is that this Harry Potter book will not be the Number One book on The New York Times bestseller list (Madness).

The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is a children’s book and apparently those books do not count, the reason is because back in 2000 all the Harry Potter books were a once in a lifetime publishing feat/phenomenon and were in fact totally dominating the bestseller lists, there were 3 titles ensconced in the Top 15 at the same time and many publishers said this was not fair because it kept more of the deserving titles of the list (you know titles which people do not hear about).

So because of this The New York Times decided to ban all children’s books solely to a separate list (Pathetic).

What are your views on the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Book that will not be on NYT Bestseller List?

It’s totally ludicrous that this isn’t on the NYT Best Seller List. THis is no longer just some “children’s book” - it is a worldwide phenomenon. I have become an avid reader again because of these books and I’m in my 40’s. They’ve brought me back to the joy of sitting down and absorbing a book, unable to set it aside, heart-pounding rapidly with excitement and terror and absolute delight all over the written word!! I’m sure there are many deserving authors out there, but that fact that this isn’t on the list is simply stupidity on someone’s part.
