Miss Hong Kong 2007: Kayi Cheung gets the crown

On the 20th July 23 year old Kayi Cheung Ga-Yi who is a college student from Vancouver Canada won her title as Miss Hong Kong 2007.
Kayi Cheung won her title by virtue of average and steady scores, although not proving outstanding in any single round of the final competition.
Second place went to Grace Wong from New York and she was titled Miss photogenic” and “Miss International Goodwill” and third place went to nineteen year old Loretta Chow.
The Miss Hong Kong pageant is an annual beauty event organized by the leading Hong Kong television station TVB since 1973.

I thought Loretta should have won, personally. She got great scores throughout the night and generally did a good job. Grace is the cutest but her little crying fit was unseemly. Kayi should’ve been second runner up.
