Another class-action suit for Microsoft over scratched Xbox 360 discs
With all the hassle that Microsoft have been having of late with their Red Ring of Death, they now have another headache that has come back to bite them. Microsoft has been hit with a class-action suit alleging that their Xbox 360 scratches discs.

This lawsuit was filed on Monday by Christine Moskowitz and Dan Wood who are residents of Southern California. The two residents are seeking $5 million from Microsoft in damages for all Xbox 360 games console buyers who have been affected.

It was only last week when Microsoft was hit with a similar lawsuit in Florida.
