The Halcyon Co files lawsuit against MGM: Terminator 4 may be in jeopardy

Not so long ago The Halcyon Co. did obtain rights to the Terminator franchise and also planned on making a new trilogy of films without the previous actors Arnold Schwarzenegger or James Cameron, not only that there is more hot news where there is a big Hollywood legal battle which may prevent the new movie Terminator 4 ever going forward.

The Halcyon Co have moved forward and filed a huge lawsuit claiming that MGM are interfering with their rights to negotiate for the distribution of the 4th film. The lawsuit is saying that MGM are fighting to retain their rights to distribute the 4th Terminator movie and MGM have claimed that they have an exclusive 30 day negotiation window for Terminator 4.
